MISSION STATEMENT

The Maryland Concert Series (MCS) is firmly committed to bringing live performing arts to Anne Arundel County and Maryland. MCS is a community-based non-profit, totally organized and managed by volunteers. Consult us to know more about Maryland Concert Series.

For more than 36 years, first as the Performing Arts Association of Linthicum (PAAL), and now as MCS, we've shared the talents of more than 3000 artists with our audience to enrich our lives – right here in our local community. MCS provides a wonderful opportunity for family and friends to enjoy a cultural evening together with minimum expense.

 DIVERSITY POLICY

MCS is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We embrace and encourage our Board's differences in age, race, disability, ethnicity, family, gender identity or expression, language, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status or other characteristics that make our Board unique.

MCS is Looking for You

Do you enjoy performing arts and believe that the arts improve the quality of life in our communities? Would you have time to devote to an organization whose mission is to bring quality performing arts events to Maryland citizens at affordable prices? Then we would love to meet you and tell you about our organization and the vacancies we have on our Board. We are always looking for dedicated, energetic individuals with fresh ideas on serving those who love live performances. If you are interested, please contact our President, Kathi Hiett, at [email protected].
